Briana Dmitruk

9B Coach

This is my first year coaching high school volleyball at Champlin Park High School, and am eager to bring my passion and experience to the program. I have spent the past two years coaching club volleyball, where I developed strong skills in training athletes and fostering a competitive yet supportive environment. My coaching philosophy focuses on helping players grow both on and off the court, emphasizing discipline, communication, and teamwork along with personal growth off the court as well.

Prior to coaching, I played volleyball for six years, both in club settings and recreationally outside of club. Throughout my time in volleyball, I have learned the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and sportsmanship. I strive to instill these values in my athletes while helping them reach their full potential. I am committed to helping the upcoming generation fall in love with the sport the same way I did when I was their age.

Outside of coaching volleyball, I have a passion for the outdoors regardless of the season. I enjoy staying active through a variety of outdoor activities like going on trails, rock climbing, and hammocking. I also love spending time with my family and my dog.
